Gayle F. Hendricks, MFA, educator and graphic designer, brings nearly thirty-five years of design, pre-press and computer illustration experience to the art department. Hendricks also holds a BA from Cedar Crest College and an MFA from Marywood University. She offers a career in publications, newspapers, commercial printing, and non-profit and institutional design; and community involvement/volunteerism. She translates all these activities into practical lessons for her students.
In addition to her alma mater, Hendricks teaches at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh online. A doodles on everything. An eco-sensitive designer since the eighties, her specialty lies in typography.
